SHIPPING
- When will my order arrive?
Please take into account the processing time for popular handmade items such as our Magnetic Heart Keychains which takes 3-5 days to process. Once it is ready we will ship it out ASAP. Shipping time may vary depending on your location. Domestic US shipping will take approximately 4-7 days and international shipping will take approximately 1-2 weeks to arrive from the ship date.
- Can I track my order?
Yes! All orders are sent using USPS Ground Advantage with a tracking number, BUT tracking is not applicable for sticker-only orders which are sent via letter form.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
- There's an issue with my order!
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us within three days of confirmed delivery, if it is after we cannot send any replacement.
RETURN POLICY
- Can I return/exchange my order?
Returns are unavailable, and we are not responsible for packages once they've been shipped out. We will try our best to help track your package with the given tracking number, but please direct shipping/delivery issues to USPS.
